Retro console, fast, stable, good battery, the screen is comfortable, although the letters are very small and finding the games is not so easy until you learn and get used to it. It includes several consoles from the past with a huge number of games of all kinds.

10/10 product, only thing i would recommend is that you buy a new sd card. Apart from that, the quality is amazing, the screen too. The buttons don’t feel cheap, but the l1,l2,r1,r2 sound a bit clicky. Overall satisfied,10/10

I tested it for a few days before reviewing, so the console is ORIGINAL, it really has 1GB of RAM, a little less free space as the system will take up a bit, which is normal. Games: They ran very well, the Ports ran even better, perfect, an incredible thing, PSP and N64 games, some, very few experienced FPS drops, but still playable, the rest are perfect, soft buttons, screen without any sync errors, I have a clone that is inferior compared to this one. System: ArkOS Several games, the card is pretty good, I don't think I'll change the card, but one more tip: back up the card with the Win32 Disk Imager program, so that if the card gets corrupted, you'll have a backup of everything on hand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’m so so happy with this purchase! The shipping was fast, the price was great, and this is the official r36s with arkos 2.0 already installed. I was able to easily update everything to the latest version without any problems. I replaced the micro sd card with a 256gb card and added my personal collection of 500 of my favorite games. It’s incredible to have so many games in such a small handheld console! Ps1 games run perfectly. Dreamcast and psp performance can be a bit more random depending on the game, but i’m having an amazing time playing games like crazy taxi, tony hawk’s pro skater, metal gear solid, and many more. The console is super customizable and i’m truly a huge fan of this purchase. Thank you boyhom!

The R36S impresses above all with its lightweight, handy format and the enormous selection of games with over 20,000 titles – including German versions of the well-known Pokémon games. The performance is consistently smooth, and the transparent design looks modern and high-quality. Small weakness: At higher Tetris speed, slight wobbling can be noticed. But that's not really a dealbreaker. Bottom line: A very good, compact emulator with strong value for money and decent fun factor.

Great console for children from the 90s and not only :) The console came with one 128GB card that had the system and games. I immediately transferred the games to the new 128GB card and loaded the system (AeolusUX) onto the 32GB card. The console has space to insert a WiFi module, but I bought a USB dongle and it works too. There are many games, including Stardew Valley from the newer games. A great option for a gift for someone or for yourself.

Excellent comes with quite a few games, one usually plays the most important ones and one can choose their favorites. Most pre-installed games come in English or Japanese depending on the emulator. There are a few that come with the European version with more languages, but you have to search carefully; the rest you have to search for and download on your own. Although the plastic and buttons are a bit hard, they show an acceptable quality, without doubt a good value for money.

It arrived faster than expected, it has quite a few games, the controls are okay, neither good nor bad, good screen. I highly recommend it, I got the new revision with panel 4, it is not a clone of EmuElec.

The product arrived in about 12 days. The store shipped it quickly, optimizing delivery. The screen has exceptional brightness and definition. The ArkOS interface is 100% original and updated with several themes. It has 15650 games in the 64GB version. It runs PSP games like Dragon Ball Shin Budokai at 30 fps without any lag. I only felt that some Nintendo 64 games have some optimization issues running slowly. The battery lasts easily for 3 hours at the highest brightness, but with a higher brightness, I believe it can reach 5 hours of use. Anyway, great cost-benefit ratio.

Genuine r36s. Great product. Well packaged. Great build quality. So many games. Plays really well. Customisable with the arkos linux platform. I would recommend it to any gamers who love retro gaming and want to recreate the feeling of playing game boy or other console games from the past. Would use this vendor again.

The product was delivered ahead of schedule, it's exactly as mentioned in the description. It's an original r36s v22 and everything checks out. 2 ram units in the back on the left. The size is quite portable maybe not optimal for big hands but dimensions are mentioned so no complains, everything is working fine. Reliving childhood games! 10/10 would recommend.

I am very happy. The console is original, it has the Arkos 2.0 processor, and it also arrived very quickly (in less than a week). I have only used it for 2 hours but I can say that it works perfectly and the touch of the buttons is very good. I have tried several games from different consoles, such as Pokémon, Metal Gear Solid, Street Fighter, Dragon Ball Z, New Super Mario Bros, and all of them have worked very well for me except for the NDS Mario Kart. There are a lot of very cool games and the console sounds great and doesn't seem to heat up much. As a negative point, it seems that the battery doesn't last very long and the percentages don't match reality; it can suddenly go from 26% to 10%. Definitely a good purchase, I hope it lasts a long time.

If you buy expecting to receive a 2023 revision, you are mistaken. This PCB revision is newer, and even though it contains the two RAM chips, it is not the same as the 2023 revision. It runs the original ArkOS perfectly, not to mention that it has a slight upgrade in the quality of the casing, buttons, and IPS display compared to the older revisions. These ones sold by BOHOM are of excellent quality.

Great product , real deal (2 chips and arkose loading), some games are stretching the limit but i'm having fun with it

This is a great little device – genuine r36s, not a clone, with the two ram chips and original v21 board. i backed up the sd card right away, then replaced with two branded ones for os and roms. everything’s working perfectly and i’m very happy with my purchase and thrilled to be able to play childhood favourites again.

Excellent portable console for retro gaming. Following the guides and trusting a well-known store, I received an official version, dual memory chips, a complete operating system, ROM on a microSD card, and subtle tracks along the motherboard.

Totally recommended (product and seller). Real R36S, with a WiFi slot on the board, in case you want to solder it on, considering that it may cause interference with the speaker. A wonderful and nostalgic journey back to childhood. Those sensations are priceless...and it looks great!! !

Incredible quality for the price. Excellent performance, much more powerful than one would expect for the price. There are many customization options if you are comfortable with computers. I recommend buying the smaller capacity one and getting a good quality SD card separately. It's not easy to format the new SD card but there are guides on the internet, after that it will work better and there's less risk of losing saved games and titles. It's also preferable to get your own games rather than using the ones it comes with.

Super device for almost 35 euros, everything works as it should, only the seal over the SD card slot makes it difficult to remove. Recommend everyone to secure the card because at this low price, you can't expect it to work forever. Simply clone the card with Win32 Disk Imager without any fancy experiments with firmware or anything else. The N64 runs smoothly and even many PSP titles can be played without lag. Updates via smartphone USB tethering are also possible, and even Steam games (Ports/Portmaster) enhance the device.
